Mission:  CSIE will assist educational leaders and managers in K - 20 settings in accomplishing significant improvements in student achievement and other measures of school or university productivity through high quality coordinated consulting, management, and support services provided by experienced, innovative, and committed professionals.

Vision: Within five years CISE will be recognized as a leading education firm in the nation engaged in the service of turning around struggling schools, providing diversified expertise for strengthening colleges and universities, and providing educational support services to various organizations and corporations.

Core Beliefs: Communities can improve their schools; schools can improve their communities.The best instructional and management practices successfully applied in one setting can likely be adopted in a comparable school setting with measureable success. School, college, and university leaders can significantly improve their institutions when they employ great teachers and faculty and are guided by proven school administration models.The ultimate intended benefit of CSIE collaboration with clients in any sector of education will be to improve student achievement and to enhance student development. Since the problems and challenges confronted by educational leaders and managers are not generally one dimension but rather multi-dimensional, coordinated solutions are more likely to be effective.
