Every member of the CSIE consulting team has held or currently holds one or more of the following positions in a college or university: senior faculty, department chair, SACS director, program/project director, director of financial aid, academic dean, provost, university president and other senior administrative positions. This depth and breadth of multi-level institutional experiences gives the CSIE team a wide range of field experiences and first-hand institutional knowledge that can be applied to addressing educational challenges and opportunities through a variety of coordinated approaches involving planning, management, evaluation, accreditation, accountability processes, client/customer service, and marketing enhancement.
CSIE offers a variety of planning, management, and evaluation services to colleges and universities specializing in the areas of institutional effectiveness and research, Title III Program administration and evaluation, student recruitment, student retention, financial aid operations, grant writing/procurement/ administration, project management/evaluation, faculty and staff recruitment and retention, and other areas. An executive search service for colleges and universities executives is also offered by CSIE. CSIE has formed a team of former university leaders who advise and who staff these efforts.
